Warranty

All products manufactured by RBR Ltd. are warranted against defects in workmanship of
original parts and materials for twelve months from the date of dispatch from our
facility. All third-party products (not manufactured by RBR Ltd.) are also protected under
this warranty. Twelve and twenty-four-month warranty extension periods are available
for instruments and must be purchased at time of order. These extended warranties also
cover any third-party products that are included as part of the instrument at time of order.

Products suffering from problems that appear during normal use of the instrument, for
its intended purpose, will be repaired or replaced. The customer will bear all costs of
shipment to our facility for inspection and repair and ensure the equipment is
adequately packed to avoid any subsequent shipping damages. All other costs, including
return shipment, will be borne by RBR Ltd. when a warranty claim is verified. Any repairs
made under warranty shall not extend the duration of the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover consumables, normal wear and tear, nor damage caused
by negligent use, accident, tampering, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or
mishandling. Attempted modification or repair of any unit without the prior consent of
RBR Ltd. will immediately void any warranty in force. Customers are encouraged to
maintain a regular program of factory maintenance and calibrations. RBR Ltd. reserves
the right to grant or refuse warranty repairs at our discretion, if we consider that there
are reasonable grounds for doing so.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL RBR LTD. BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES OR PENALTIES TO THE CUSTOMER, AGENTS OR ANY THIRD
PARTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY LOSS OF PRODUCTION, LOSS OF USE, LOSS
OF OTHER GOODS, LOSS OF ORDERS, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS, LOSS
OF REVENUE, OR ANY OTHER COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE FAILURE OF
THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND/OR THE REMOVAL OF PRODUCTS FROM
SERVICE, OR ANY OTHER SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, TORT,
EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, REGARDLESS OF THE
CAUSE INCLUDING LATE DELIVERY. RBR LTD.’S LIABILITY, IF ANY, IS
LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CUSTOMER FOR THE PRODUCTS IN QUESTION.
