Thank you to everyone who made our 50th Anniversary Roadshow in Halifax such a success!
The event was held at COVE on September 14, 2023 and brought together researchers, ocean technicians, industry professionals, and staff and students from Dalhousie University, St. Mary’s University, and Nova Scotia Community College. Over the course of the afternoon, attendees got a first look at our new RBRglissando underway profiling winch and attended technical sessions on instrumentation, science in industry, and deployment and maintenance. With a specific focus on early career researchers, the event also featured career advice and a networking session to connect with peers from different institutes. It was a great afternoon of discussions with new contacts and old friends.
